Everything ID offers fast Australia wide and International delivery. We offer free delivery on orders over $350 placed online to Australian addresses. Otherwise, a flat-rate $15.95 shipping and handling charge applies for standard delivery. Or a higher charge for an express service with urgent handling.
We ship from Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, Tasmania, and Western Australia. Where possible we will ship from our closest shipping location to you. Not all of our items are stored in each state.
Production & Dispatch Time
As we sell a large range of products - some stock products - and some custom printed - the production and dispatch time varies between products. This can range from the same day to several weeks. Unless indicated on the product page that an item is out of stock, generally items are in stock. Custom printed products do have a production time which varies. Please contact us to confirm the production and dispatch time and to check on product availability should you have any tight deadlines. We do offer an urgent handling and express shipping service for an additional cost which can be selected in the checkout for urgent orders. This service prioritises the dispatch of your order (generally within one business day, maximum two) and uses a shipping service such as Express Post or Startrack that usually deliver within 1-2 business days.
Leader ear tags orders are printed by Leader and are shipped directly from Leader to you and are generally received within 1-2 weeks but can occasionally take up to 3 weeks during their peak periods. Leader does offer an urgent handling and express shipping service for an additional cost which can be selected in the checkout for urgent orders.
If you are not satisfied with a standard stocked product for any reason, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days from the delivery or attempted delivery date. To do so contact the Everything ID Customer service team to obtain a Return number and instructions. Customised products (including items that have been printed or marked to your specifications), products that are printed on demand, electronic products (including ID card printers, RFID equipment and mobile phones), printer consumables (including ribbons, cards and cleaning kits), writable RFID products, COVID-19 related items (including signs, stickers, hand sanitiser, sneeze guards, disposable gloves etc.), large products (items over 5kg), bulky products (items with a cubic weight over 5kg), or long products (items with one length over 100cm), software products, products purchased in bulk (quantity of 100 or more), products that have had options added or selected, or items that were ordered in specifically for you cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or fail to meet a consumer guarantee. As we try to process and dispatch orders as fast as possible, we are generally unable to cancel an order once it has been processed and you should instead see our returns information for information about returning your order instead. You can contact us to see whether or not an order can be cancelled. Transaction costs for orders paid by PayPal or credit card will be deducted from your refund for cancelled orders. We can't cancel an order that has begun the picking stage in our warehouse, that has begun initial printing or design processes, that has item(s) that have been specially ordered in for you or that has already been sent to a third party for fulfilment.
