Free delivery on orders over $450 placed online to Australian addresses.
Everything ID offers fast Australia wide and international delivery. We offer free delivery on orders over $450 placed online to Australian addresses. Otherwise, a flat-rate shipping and handling charge applies for standard delivery (see below). Or a higher charge for an express service with urgent handling.
Australia wide flat rate standard delivery charge:
- All orders over $450: Free
- Orders under $450 for most items: $19.95 (see list below for exclusions)
For orders under $450, a higher shipping charge of $29.95 applies for these products:
- Allflex ear tags
- Aerosol cans
- AgBoss large/bulky items
- Bainbridge items (some items only - shipping cost displayed in the cart)
- Shoof large/bulky items
Urgent handling & express delivery charge:
- Simply add your items to the shopping cart, and then view the cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page, and both the standard and express delivery charges will be shown.
We ship from Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, Tasmania, and Western Australia. Some of our items are located in multiple states, where other items may only be located in one state. Where possible we will ship from our closest shipping location to you.
Urgent Handling & Express Shipping Service
We offer an Urgent Handling and Express Shipping service for an additional cost, which can be selected at checkout for urgent orders. This service prioritises the dispatch of your order - generally within one business day (maximum two) for in-stock, non-customised products - and generally uses an express shipping service such as Express Post or StarTrack, which usually delivers within 1–3 business days.
Please note that for large, bulky, or heavy items, or for a small number of items shipped directly from suppliers, shipping may need to be sent by road; however, dispatch will still be prioritised.

Production & Dispatch Time
As we sell a large range of products - some stock products - and some custom printed - the production and dispatch time varies between products. This can range from the same day to several weeks. Unless indicated on the product page that an item is out of stock, generally items are in stock. Custom printed products do have a production time which varies. Please contact us to confirm the production and dispatch time and to check on product availability should you have any tight deadlines. (For printed ear tags, please see below)
Printed Ear Tags (Leader Products, Allflex, Z Tags)
Ear tags orders are printed by the manufacturer and are shipped directly from them to you. Please find the below table with approximate production times for each manufacturer. In addition to the production time, please allow shipping time and this time can vary depending on many factors including your location and is approximately 2-8 business days for standard shipping. During the peak ear tag period, please note that there can be delays and the below times can blow out suddenly. The below time frames are updated weekly.

Need ear tags urgently? The manufacturer's do offer an urgent handling and express shipping service for an additional cost which can be selected in the checkout for urgent orders. The production of urgent orders are prioritised and sent by an express shipping service such as Express Post or Startrack. Returns
RFID Tag (Card/Keyfob) Exchange
Purchased the wrong standard stocked format RFID key fobs or cards? No problem. We can exchange standard stocked formats (being Mifare Classic, EM4100 or non custom programmed HID Prox 26 Bit) within 14 days from delivery providing there was no printing or hole punching requested. Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or found the goods cheaper elsewhere. Where such returns are accepted, a credit voucher may be issued and a restocking fee may apply. If you are unsure about a product, please check with us before purchasing and depending on the product, we may be able to provide you with a return reference number to return the product for a full refund in case you wish to return it later.
Manufacturer Warranty & Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made.
Cancellations
As we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we are generally unable to cancel an order once processing has commenced. You may contact us to check whether cancellation is still possible. For cancelled orders due to change of mind, incorrectly selected options, failure to supply requested information, or overpayments paid via PayPal or card, a 5% fee (minimum $29.95) will be deducted to cover transaction and administrative costs. No cancellation fee applies where payment was made by bank transfer, or where a credit note is issued instead of a refund. Urgent handling fees are non refundable. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the picking stage in our warehouse, commenced initial printing or design processes, include items specially ordered for you, or have been sent to a third party for fulfilment.
