STEP 1: Select your lanyard material

Flat Polyester

The most popular lanyard material. It is a highly cost effective choice because it is both durable and easy to maintain.

Tube Polyester

It is made of a high-quality polyester woven into a tube, giving a shoe lace look. As compared to the flat type, this offers much more comfort around the neckline.

Flat Nylon

Nylon offers a good alternative over flat polyester. It has a glossy, silky finish and a smooth appearance.

Recycled PET (Plastic Bottles)

It is made of eco-friendly materials (recycled plastic bottles) and is durable and washable. This is an ideal choice for you or your business if you want to be more responsible to the environment.

Reflective

A perfect option for people working at night for safety like in the construction industry.

STEP 2: Select your lanyard colour

STEP 3: Select your lanyard width

STEP 4: Select your print method

Silkscreen (or Screen Printed) - The most common type of lanyard printing. Silkscreen printing involves forcing ink through a mesh screen onto the lanyard using a stencil. We can print your business logo or other texts in up to 4 pantone colours. This is a perfect bulk buy option.

Important Note: All materials can be screen printed.

Dye Sublimated (or Heat Transfer) - If you have a complex logo or graphic, dye sublimation is perfect for you. This allows your artwork to run off the lanyard edges, providing more space for the design. There is no limit to the combination of colours we can print.

Important Note: Only polyester can be dye sublimated.

Woven (similar to Jacquard) - This option is quite different to the other two as your business logo or text will be sown directly into the lanyard. This is a much more durable option. We can custom weave up to 4 pantone colours.
