Ear Tag Logo Vector Setup Charge

This setup fee applies when we need to convert your logo or artwork into a vector format suitable for printing or engraving. Vector files (such as SVG) are essential for achieving sharp, scalable results in production.

If you already have your logo in a true vector format (preferably SVG), simply upload it during checkout — and this setup fee will not be charged.

Please note: JPEG, PNG, PDF, or other raster formats typically require redrawing and are not considered vector files unless specifically saved in that format.

For best results, we recommend using our template to show your preferred logo size and any tag printing details. Download the Template PDF, print it, sketch your design, and upload it with your online order.

You’ll receive a digital proof to approve before we begin production.
