Material – Durable & Reliable

These tapes are made of BOPP film, which stands for Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene. The film undergoes a stretching process in two directions (hence "biaxially-oriented"), enhancing its strength and durability. Polypropylene, a thermoplastic polymer, becomes flexible when heated and solidifies upon cooling, making it highly versatile. BOPP films are perfect for coating, printing, and laminating, making them a popular choice for customized packaging tapes.

Ordering Guide – Easy & Hassle-Free

Step 1: Choose Your Roll Size

We offer various custom tape widths, including 45mm, 50mm, and 60mm. The standard roll length is 100 metres, but we can customise other sizes—just send us an email!

Step 2: Select Your Base Colour

Our standard base colours include transparent, white, black, red, green, blue, and yellow, designed to complement your branding. Need a different colour? We can custom-make it—just reach out!!

Step 3: Pick Your Printing Options

We can print your logo in any PMS colour to match your brand identity. Our standard option is white or black 1-colour printing, but we can custom print other single colour for a minimum order of 100 rolls; custom 2 colours for 200 rolls. Check our PMS colour chart here: Pantone Colours.

Step 4: Choose Your Print Style

Select either landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical) orientation for your design to ensure the best visibility and branding impact.

Step 5: Submit Your Design & Minimum Order

Email your print-quality design to [email protected] for review and confirmation. For a standard 1-colour custom packaging tape, the minimum order quantity is 20 rolls.
