The XRP2i unit comes with a large panel antenna.

It’s powered by Tru-Test’s advanced digital signal processing, providing the best read range while automatically cutting out unwanted interference.

With fast auto-tuning, the XRP2i performs at its best in all conditions. Fixed panel readers can be affected by small changes, like opening a metal gate on a crush or crate, which can impact range and speed. Tru-Test’s EID panel readers adapt to these changes by retuning up to 18 times per second, ensuring accurate tag reads throughout your weigh session.

The XRP2i lets you record ID tags into a session file or send IDs straight to your weigh scale indicator for tracking individual animal weights and other details. It also features built-in Bluetooth® technology, making it easy to connect to your weigh scale indicator or smartphone.

Wireless or wired EID transfer - Bluetooth® Class 1 wireless technology to transfer scanned EIDs to weigh scale indicator or other devices up to 100 m away. Automatic pairing/connection to Tru-Test weigh scale indicator or use the supplied serial communication cable.

Record - Record scanned tags into session files that can be downloaded. Store up to 20,000 tags in memory.

PC Software - Comes with Data Link PC software for Windows*, for downloading recorded information and configuring the reader.

Data Link app for Android* smartphones - Email session files back to the office or register movements directly with NLIS Superior read performance FDX: Up to 1,000 reads per minute HDX: Up to 850 reads per minute.
